On the [[Xi'an-Human Cold War|Xi'an front]], the [[Castra system]] is discovered and terraforming of the [[Cascom|2nd planet]] begins immediately for use as a resource cache for the [[Hadrian system]]. At this point in time it is not intended as a defensive position.
