The ICC Stellar Surveyor (often referred as Stellar Surveyors) is an elite ICC unit responsible for hunting jump points and charting new systems, it is composed of multi-talented individuals from both the public and private sector. The motto of the unit is "Charting the Way Ahead".[1]
