Waldvol Aerospace was a small specialty ship manufacturer. Its final CEO, Anden Arden, sold off all patents and intellectual property until the company was eventually absorbed by ArcCorp and dissolved. Aaron Schere, host of Kaizen asserted in his show that the remaining board members, including Arden received a healthy payout while the other employees were terminated with nothing.[1]
