The Central Business District (also known as CBD, Central Tower, or Central Headquarters and Shared Services Center) is a massive 4-kilometer tall building looming over Lorville and the headquarters of Hurston Dynamics. It also has the distinction of being the largest building on Hurston.[1]

- Hurston Dynamics Showcase, Hurston Dynamics' flagship store
- Transfers Commodity Exchange, the main commercial trading floor and location of Constantine Hurston's office
