The Demon Fang Combat Knife is a personal melee weapon.
Product description
The Demon Fang is a simple yet sinister split blade knife supported by a sturdy and lightly textured handle. Vibrant red cutting edges highlight the knife's unusual and intimidating look, guaranteeing to give anyone second thoughts about getting in its way.[1]
Acquisition
The knife was revealed during CitizenCon 2948 as part of a "digital goodies pack" backers could purchase on the Pledge Store. The knife, along with the CitizenCon 2948 Trophy were designed during the CitizenCon events by Cory Bamford and Olli Koskelainen.[2] It was later made available in the game as a Hangar Decoration.[3] It wasn't until Star Citizen Alpha 3.8.0 (released 2019-12-22), when melee combat would be introduced that the knife would also be usable as a personal weapon.
