The 32-SCU container is a standardized[1] cargo container with a measure of 2.75 x 2.75 x 10.25 m[citation needed] and a internal volume of 32 SCU (2x2x8 SCU crates). These containers are a means to bundle cargo and goods into larger, unitized loads, that can be easily handled, moved, and stacked, and that will pack tightly in a ship or yard. They are the minimum-equippable sized container for the RAFT, Hull C, Hull D and Hull E[1].
