The Hangar Module was one of the modules of Star Citizen. Its role was to display ships and personal items in one of the hangars.[1][2] There are four hangar types:
Development
In Alpha 3.13.1a, the hangar module was disabled pending further review[3]. Given that players still "own" their hangars and the items associated with them, it is assumed that the hangar module will eventually be replaced by permanent hangars within the Persistent Universe itself.
In Alpha 3.23.0 they were replaced by in-game personal and instanced hangars[3].
