Will Weissbaum is Associate Narrative Director for Squadron 42 and Star Citizen at Cloud Imperium Games.^[1]^[2]

Works at CIG

He joined CIG in May 2014.^[1]

He is developing lore, narrative, stories, dialog, backtories, design guides to help branding, art and mission teams.^[1] He created the character of Jax McCleary.^[1]

Other Works

He worked at Sony Santa Monica on God of War.^[1] When an unannounced project petered out and Sony chose to reduce its workforce, it held a job fair with local game studios, He had done research beforehand on who was hiring narrative and knew CIG wasn't hiring so he wasn't planning to go to their booth, but while having a soda at a table he started chatting with someone from CIG who said they might be hiring writers soon.^[1]
