The Xi'an Civil War, Xi'an name: 'The Great Divide' was a series of military engagements which ended with the eradication the Xi'an homeworld's atmosphere, the death of 'millions' of Xi'an and formation of the Xi'an Empire. Survivors of the catastrophe were evacuated to Hyoton IV (Ka’ua), which became the new capital of the Empire. The so called Civil Service was established.
House Chii attempted to seize power again "thirteen years later" (19742 BCE ?) but were defeated and 'exterminated'.[2]
