A Governor is the highest representative and elected administrator of a State.[1]Template:RSI It is the highest position a Civilian can attain.
Office
Governors are elected by the inhabitants of a State. States are sub-elements of a planetary government and forming the Governors Council.Template:RSI Planet-wide laws and regulations are decided by the Council. A planet has at least 2 Governors.[citation needed] The amount of Governors depends on the size of population and number of states.
The position is limited to two six-year terms.
