The First Jump Day is a holiday in the United Empire of Earth which celebrates Nick Croshaw first successfull jump through a jump point. It is held yearly on April 10.[1] The holiday was implented in 2380 by the United Nations of Earth. The day is commemorated by 'traversing a jump point or by searching for new jump points.'[2]
