Properties
The Surge is a general-use active mining module that increases the charge window's power by a sizable amount, while also destabilizing it and increasing shatter damage as well as catastrophic charge rate. This makes it useful for the initial crack at the rock, but you must be careful if you don't want to be exploded along with the rock itself. The Surge is particularly useful for Quantanium mining because of its density.
Like all other active mining modules, the Surge can only be used five times before requiring a replacement.
