The term Civil War on Charon III refers to a series of wars between the independant states of Dellin and Acheron.

First Civil War

The first war broke out in 2813 after Dellin faced a famine and refugees flooded Acheron. Dellin critized the equivally crisis-strucked Acheron for his lack of support. It ended in 2819 with a fragile ceasefire. Relations relaxed after an earthquake in 2934. Dellin sended aid to Acheron.Template:RSIref

Second Civil War

After Tarquin Klass became elected leader of Dellin, he removed any checks and balances. Acheron intervented against his appointment, claiming voter fraud and declared war in 2944. Acheron shot down a neutral transport, the Uana Gale.Template:RSI The UEE tried to mediate a ceasefire but failed. After declaration of war against the Vanduul, nearly all UEE forces retreated from the system.Template:RSITemplate:RSIref

Both sides are supplied with humanitarian aid from Empire's Overlooked.

Acheron intensified his aggressions in the last years and considered any outside forces entering Dellin airspace a threat and frequently attacks any non-allied ships.Template:RSIref
