Project Cold Boot is a MISC High Industrial (MISC-HI) spacecraft project to develop additional revenue streams from existing MISC assets using limited resources in the early 30th century. After the success of modifying the base Freelancer for both survey and fire suppression missions, MISC started the project to study even more unlikely uses for the chassis. Three ships were complete and space tested, while the others were left in various stages of construction and shipped alongside their intended components. The Prospector is the most famous ship to come out of the project.[1]
