The Bit Zeros are a group of hackers who will occasionally offer missions to players.[1]
Trivia
Members will often sign communications by encrypting their signature in hexadecimal, which can be decoded by looking them up on an ASCII table. For example, Weevil signs their messages with "57 65 65 76 69 6C".
