All Things Come to an End

The mission All Things Come to an End is a mid level hit-man assignment (Bunker Mission) on behalf of Vaughn. This mission is technically legal, and you will not net any crimestat as the target is Nine Tails. As of 3.19 there is a warning for "trespassing" but no fines or crimestat is awarded.
