Quick facts:Armistead Perry
Armistead Perry was the Navy general who introduced the strategy that designated a series of systems as no-fly zones and utilized them as military staging grounds to ward off the Xi'an Empire. Eventually those systems would eventually known as the Perry Line.[1]
