| 2942 | Senator Mira Ngo proposes a referendum which would allow UEE citizens to vote on whether or not to move the Empire's capital from Earth to Terra.[1] The referendum ultimately fails, but positive responses to it would later inspire Ngo to run for Imperator in 2950 with her campaign centered around this idea. |
