The United Empire of Earth Navy is comprised of several numbered fleets[1]. Fleets appear to be subdivided into Battle Groups, which in turn consist of individual ships and aviation squadrons. Each Battle Group has its own designated commander, referred to as "Battle Group Actual" over comms.
