The Fines & Citations Payment System is a computer system managed by the Office of Imperial Justice. It is used through terminals scattered around all the systems under control of the United Empire of Earth. It allows users to view and pay off their fines and citations. These are automatically tracked using the Emergency Communication Network.[1]
These terminals are usually located near an Admin Office.
