Founded in 2944 by members of the Navy eager to continue serving the United Empire of Earth (UEE), the UEENR began as an umbrella entity for various militia groups under the Militia Mobilization Initiative. Led by Admiral Hawk, the organization quickly grew into a structured, naval force with a focus on operational activity.
Over the years, the UEENR developed its own training programs, established dedicated squadrons and task forces. Contributed to critical operations, such as humanitarian aid efforts and piracy deterrence. Actively supporting citizens of the UEE and the UEE Navy, the UEENR has been instrumental in securing key trade routes and maintaining peace throughout the Stanton system.
Recently, the UEENR has focused on preparing its squadrons for the Pyro jump point.

=== ORGANIZATION: ===
The Navy has a simplified ranking organization to aid in simplicity of command. The current levels are Auxiliary, Starmen, Petty Officer, Line Officer, Command Officer, Fleet Command: 

==== Auxiliary: ====
* New joiners and those who are unable to participate on a regular basis are classified as Auxiliaries. Auxiliaries are not held to the same standards as full time members of the fleet. If a new joiner is found to be consistent and online often they are offered the ability to become an enlisted member of the fleet.  

==== Starmen: ====
* Entry level, Enlisted members of the UEENR are the core group of general players in the Navy. They will be assigned to a Squadron or Taskforce for assignment and training. Most members will remain at this level unless they show a willingness to lead. 

==== Petty Officer: ====
* Entry level leadership, Petty Officer members of the UEENR are those first level leaders who generally find themselves leading small groups during events. This promotes natural leadership ability and lets members naturally choose who they will follow into combat.  

==== Line Officer: ====
* Leadership with responsibility, Line Officers of the UEENR are members who are not only leading but enjoy planning and preparing events. These members take the time to create the operations, plan them out, prepare briefings, schedule training, work with the members to find days when the events can be conducted. These members are critical to day to day naval operations. 

==== Command Officer: ====
* Human Resources with Leadership ability, Command Officers have the duty of running their Squadron of the Fleet. These members spend their time recruiting potential members, making sure their units are trained and keeping up to date with what's new or up and coming.

==== Fleet Officer: ====
* Admirals of the fleet, Maintaining oversite of the different systems the fleet is operating in.

=== ANTI-PIRACY REGULATION: ===
The United Empire of Earth’s laws are clear that piracy is considered a serious criminal activity, and the UEE actively works to eliminate it. 

Enlisted Members: 
*Will be prohibited from engaging in piracy both during and outside of fleet operations.

Auxiliary Members: 
*As Auxiliaries of the UEENR, we respect your freedom to engage in personal activities outside of official fleet operations. However, we do not condone piracy or unlawful actions that could harm the reputation or values of the fleet. Any activity carried out against the UEENR will not be tolerated.

=== DISCOVER THE NAVY: ===
==== SQUADRON - 23 ====
Squadron-23 is one of the newest squadrons of the UEENR. Featuring single and dual seat configuration ships, this squadron is intended for those who have an interest in flying fighters or bombers. Maybe even small cargo haulers. The mission for this Squadron is to provide escorts and be able to lockdown the airspace over our capital vessels and bases in the verse.

PREFERED SHIPS:  Gladius, F-7A MK II Hornet, F-8 Lightning, Retaliator, Gladiator, Freelancer MAX
NOTE: Other ships may be considered for service but the list above is what the squadron intends to operate with on a regular basis.   

==== TASK FORCE - 1 ====
Task Force-1 is the multicrew unit of the UEENR. Featuring any ship that requires multiple personnel to operate this units mission is to provide the manpower required to get the needed ships off the ground with crews capable of performing all of the roles onboard. 

PREFERED SHIPS:  Perseus, Polaris, Idris, Hammerhead, Starfarer Gemini
NOTE:  Other vessels are always open to consideration and need of the fleet. Let it be known that roles to be performed are achieved via certification process. So if you want to Captain the vessel you will be required to demonstrate your ability to do so first.

=== JOIN US: ===
If you or your Squadron want to join the UEENR and think you’ve got what it takes, then here’s what we’re looking for.
1. ACTIVITY – The UEENR ask that its members be ( In game ) at least 1x a week and ( In discord ) 2x a week. This is to ensure that you are keeping up with your unit and able to fulfill mission / planning requirements.
2. MEMBERSHIP – While you are allowed to join other ( Lawful ) organizations we require that you keep the UEENR as your primary organization in order to be promotable.
3. ATTENDANCE – We are mainly based in the USA Time Zones playing in the evenings. EST, CST, PST. If these play times do not mesh it may be in your interest to look elsewhere.
4. UNIFORMS – The UEENR has a designated uniform that it wears. It is expected that members will wear the uniform when operating within the organization.
5. CHAIN OF COMMAND – You are expected to follow the commands of those appointed over you.
