Your donations can cover the Star Citizen Wiki's server costs and bring in additional hardware/software to improve the wiki browsing experience. The first step will be a dedicated caching server that will make page loading faster, smoother, and with better-quality images that look better on both desktop and your phone.

Goals
To help give insight to our goals and expenses we have setup the following earning goals on Patreon.
- $45 - Half of server costs covered.
- $90 - All of our server costs covered, this includes the production and development servers and network bandwidth.
- $145 - A new Content Delivery Network will be implemented. Currently we are using the free tier of Cloudflare, however this imposes a lot limitations. It can't be controlled as granular as we would like, next to that we currently have a very short lived cache due to the fact that Cloudflare does not accept standard purge requests from the server. That is why we are looking at new CDN provider.
