Kuā'li (Yā'mon I) ( Xi'an: 9kuaa2li (Proper); ), formerly called Hadur I by the UEE, is a small tidally locked planet with few noteworthy resources.[1] A complex on the dark side of this tidally locked, rocky planet was rumored to house a max security labor camp, where the permanent night was said to have a placating effect on Xi'an interred here.
