The P8-AR Rifle is a 7.62 mm, selective-fire assault rifle manufactured by Behring Applied Technology. It has an effective range of 50 meters, and can be fired in rapid, burst, and single mode. It is the standard issue assault rifle of the United Empire of Earth Marines. As of Alpha 3.12, P8-AR exists in game files but it is not available for purchase in game.^[1]

The firing pins on the P8-AR are made by Kruger Intergalactic.^[2]

Built to be the standard issue assault rifle of UEE Marines, the Behring P8-AR excels in its dependability and straightforward operation to allow you to focus on the fight at hand.

Trivia

P8-AR is teased multiple times in different videos such as Around the Verse and the Squadron 42 Vertical Slice for years, but it is not available in the Persistent Universe as of Alpha 3.12 even though it exists in the game files.
There was a bug in Alpha 3.8 that made the magazine for P8-AR available to purchase in game.^[3]
