The [[Aegis Dynamics|Aegis]] '''Reclaimer''' is an industrial salvage ship. Equipped with a reinforced cargo bay, a long-range jump drive and launch pods for [[Cutter (drone)|unmanned drone]]s, the Reclaimer is an ideal ship for taking advantage of deep space wrecks. ==Interim cargo expansion==

While the Reclaimer awaits an interior rework, a 240 [[SCU]] storage has been added to the salvage-processing deck to allow easier storage of salvaged materials before requiring transport to the cargo deck area. The Reclaimer is Aegis Dynamics’s best-selling remaining military contract ship, following the distancing afforded to the company by the [[UEE]] since the fall of the [[Messer Era|Messer regime]].<ref{{Cite RSI|url=https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link/spectrum-dispatch/13547-Portfolio-Aegis-Dynamics|text=Portfolio: Aegis Dynamics}}</ref> In 2932, the Reclaimer "General Dogsbody" completed the most profitable salvage mission in human history recovering a failed 22nd-century colony ship adrift in deep space. The ship’s crew became millionaires and minor celebrities overnight and the event prompted much greater interest in the previously uncelebrated task of space salvage. The Reclaimer was originally called Surveyor, the 32 million [[Stretch Goals|stretch goal]].
