Other sitesThe Lynx is a luxury exploration vehicle developed by Roberts Space Industries specifically as a pairing for the Constellation Phoenix.[1] The Lynx is adapted from the Ursa rover platform, allowing RSI to marry the tried and tested reliability of the existing platform with the luxury feel of the Phoenix. The Lynx loses some of the Ursa's additional armor plating and modularity for luxury upgrades.[2]

Trivia
- The vehicle is named after the constellation Lynx, which itself was named after the animal, and is usually observed in the Northern Celestial Hemisphere. Astronomer Johannes Hevelius established the constellation Lynx in 1687 and chose the name to reflect the constellation's faintness. He posed a challenge to future observers, asserting that only those with keen eyesight, akin to that of a lynx, would be capable of identifying it.[9][10]
