The Dragonfly is an open canopy snub ship developed by Drake Interplanetary. It serves as an ideal vehicle for those who seek thrilling experiences. With no barriers between the pilot and the perils of outer space, the Dragonfly embodies both adventure and functionality. Its dual-mode conversion enables operation both on terrestrial surfaces and in the vacuum of space, while a rear-facing second seat accommodates a passenger, enhancing the overall experience.^[1]

The Dragonfly is designed to fit within larger vessels, including the Cutlass and Caterpillar. Additionally, the Kraken features a specific hangar bay for the Dragonfly.^[1]^[2]

Advance gravlev technology means that it can handle even the rockiest terrain as if it wasn't there at all.^[1]

Weapons

A pair for Size 1 guns mounted at the front helps out in dealing with certain situations that are ahead and thanks to a rear seat, a passenger can sit facing looking back and can help out in dealing with situations coming from behind.^[1]

The Dragonfly is named after Lorelai's Dragonfly Inn on Gilmore Girls.^[3]
The Dragonfly was offered as Referral Bonus during the Patch 3.12 with LTI. It was offered once again during the Patch 3.14 as Referral Bonus, but this time with a bonus Coalfire Paint Skin and LTI.
During the phase two of the first Overdrive Initiative event, three players destroyed an Hammerhead with three Dragonflies as the AI did not respond to hover vehicles. This act surprised the mission designers of the event.^[4]
