The 400i is a large luxury pathfinder manufactured by Origin Jumpworks that is crafted to a high performance. With a greater range compared to other ship in it's class, it's scanning array and it's substantial defensive capabilities, Origin has designed a ship that can explore the most unforgiving sectors of the 'verse, while keeping the comfort and elegance the company is well known for.
Commercial description
"Through unforgiving lands, across the impossible expanse, a mirage calls, a distance oasis. We chase what most consider myth, pursue an obsession. That's what pushes us to greatness. The oasis, it's real. The 400i by Origin Jumpworks. Artistry in motion."

Development
Prior to 400i's introduction, the ship was repeatedly teased by the leak Discord community Star Citizen Leaks since December 2020.[1][2] On April Fools' Day 2021, Cloud Imperium teased the ship by introducing the invisible ship Origin 404, when the community was expecting the 400i reveal.[3][4] After close to eight months of the initial leak, the 400i is officially revealed in CitizenCon 2951 on October 9th, 2021.[5] It is scheduled to be released in Alpha 3.15.0.
