Development
Prior to 400i's introduction, the ship was repeatedly leaked by the Discord community Star Citizen Leaks starting in December 2020.[1][2] On April Fools' Day 2021, Cloud Imperium teased the ship by introducing the invisible ship Origin 404, when the community was expecting the 400i reveal.[3][4] After close to eight months since the initial leak, the 400i was officially revealed at CitizenCon 2951 on October 9th, 2021.[5] It is scheduled to be released in Alpha 3.15.0.
