Other sitesTheFreelancer MIS is a militarized variant of the classic Freelancer ship developed by Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern. This version sacrifices cargo capacity to make way for an internal missile loading system. As a Freelancer variant the MIS is well suited to patrol work, and with 28 size 3 missiles the MIS can punch well above its weight class. These qualities make it a popular choice for militias and independent outfits.[1]

The MIS is equipped with a loading mechanism that can accommodate and deploy 28 size 3 missiles utilizing two launchers.[1]

The ship is equipped with two pilot-controlled turrets, each capable of accommodating two size 3 guns. Additionally, there is a rear-facing manned turret designed to support a pair of size 2 guns.[1]

The internal capacity of the vessel can accommodate a maximum of 36 Standard Cargo Units (SCU).[1]
Accommodation
