The RSI Aurora LN (also known as the Legionnaire) is the combat variant of the Aurora. It features a more robust shield generator and a pair of additional weapon hardpoints,[1] but retains the 3 SCU Mini Cargo Pod container.

2013-04-26 Teased with the other variants of the Aurora without any concept art.[2]
2013-10-11 First concept sale for the first anniversary for Star Citizen.[3]
2014-12-20 Flight ready along with the rest of the Aurora series in Patch V1.0.0, the 1.0 release of Arena Commander (known as Dogfighting module).[4]
2017-12-23 Reworked along with the rest of the Aurora series in Alpha 3.0.0 on December 23, 2017.[5]
