The Ares Star Fighter Inferno, produced by Crusader Industries, is an anti-capital fighter equipped with a Behring manufactured size 7 ballistic gatling. Its sustained fire capability is devastating, overpowering adversaries with a relentless barrage that can take down smaller vessels and rapidly shred the hulls of larger ones. While formidable on its own, the Inferno is an effective complement to the Ares Ion in capital ship engagements, as its armor-piercing rounds can be paired with the Ion's shield-disabling shots. This combination enhances the Inferno's effectiveness in hunting down capital ships.

Behring SF7B Ballistic Gatling Gun

A ballistic version of the SF7 Series, this weapon requires no additional components for cooling or powering. This space is used instead to carry additional ammunition.

Equipment Storage

The Inferno houses a 1,000K μSCU storage unit and dedicated gun racks. Both are accessed externally at the aft.
